Japan CO2 tank hangup

Getting CO2 tanks filled in Japan is near impossible. US regs won't directly fit Japanese tanks. Does anyone know where I can get a inlet valve nut for my regs that will fit the japanese style CO2 tanks, internet preferably? The US thread is a CGA 320, and the Japanese thread is a JIS B 8246.
