Default tower cooling

is there an easy way to cool or insulate the tower of a hairer
dispenser?

I went to Radioshack and bought a mini 12 volt fan that was about 2 inches in diameter. I then attached it right below where the beer line enters the tower and hooked it to a 12 volt battery. The whole thing cost me about $20 and works awesome.

With this install, is the cold air capable of returning back to the keg box from the tower?
