Beer Line 3/16 or 1/4
I'm looking to set up a kegerator and would like to know what are the differences and benefits of either beer line size?

3/16" ID is used exclusively for kegerators. Target 38F liquid and set your pressure at 14F for most domestic brands if you are at sea level. Start with six feet and cut back in six inch increments until you acquire the flow speed desired.

The only all stainless setup MM sells is 1/4. Should I not worry about stainless and not use 1/4?

3/16" ID vinyl will be fine. Not sure what you are referring to as to the 1/4" MM stainless set-up.

I meant the only setup I could find on Micro Matic, or otherwise, that had all stainless steel parts was with a 1/4" bore shank. I assumed that I would need 1/4" line.

Nope, shank diameter is fine and this does not have anything to do with the line. Stick with 3/16" ID vinyl.
