Default Ferrule for a tap handle

I just bought a tap handle of the bay and it didn't have the ferrule but I thought what the heck I can take the one off my Erdigner, but thats not the case it has the same 3/16 thread type as the top of the faucet and the Erdinger tap handle has a small thread size.

So what I was wondering is where I can get a ferrule with the same 3/16 threads on both sides? I have looked around MM and on the web and haven't had any luck.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks
Bryan

What size are the threads on top of the faucet that your tap handles screw on to?

Because that is the same size of screw on the bottom of this tap handle.

I can screw all my tap handles on this screw sticking out of the handle I just bought... is that confusing?

Top which is where my erdinger screws into

Bottom of ferrule which goes to tap (which is also the same size as my new handles threads)

The actual handle screw

So whatever thread is on the top of the faucet I need on both ends of my ferrule.

I hope this helps.

That would be 3/8-16.

3/8 diameter, 16 threads per inch.

I looked on Micro Matic's site too and did not find just the piece you need, but I'm sure they have it. Try calling customer service. This should be a common part.

A while back someone e-mailed MM with a question and never got a reply. I think they found later that a junk e-mail filter ate the info they were looking for. You may check that. If so MM should look into putting something up that says add example@micromatic.com or whatever to safe senders list.
