Default fridge conversion( keep the baby away )

Hello,

I just got my micromatic conversion kit as well as a new fridge with a freezer above it to convert ( got a good deal it had a dent ) I would like to mount the tap in the freezer door soI can make sure my 1 yr old cant reach it. i have 2 questions to this scenero

1) how do I run beer line so that it can handle opening of freezer door without tearing

2) how do i keep beer line from freezing

if anyone has any pictures of a similar conversion please email me

Personally i would just purchase faucet lock. That should solve the problem, no?
