Default Danby question

Hello everyone, I've really been enjoying reading all the posts on here and now I thought I'd ask a question of my own.

I have the Danby model DKC586BL and to be honest it seems to work quite well, temperature-wise. The only problem I have is that the first blast of beer after not using the tap for awhile will be foamy. I was wondering if any of you who have done all the modifications have been able to eliminate that problem entirely. IMO just having a bit of foam at the start of an evening doesn't warrant complete modification. On the other hand, it kills me to waste even a drop of the nectar of the gods (beer).
