Default Kegerator components

I have the Haier from Best Buy and i'd like to add the guage that measures how much CO2 I have left to my existing unit. Does anyone know if I need a right handed thread or a left handed? I assume it's easy enough to add the component?

Sometimes the back of the regulator will have abreviations on LH or RH fitting.
