Solution for Newbie
Sorry if this is posted somewhere and is a newbie question, but I thought I'd ask rather than try to find the answer through old posts.
I am in the process of closing on a new house and am planning the basement remodel which will be made to look like an Irish pub. First step is the wet bar.
I would like to have an enclosed keg box under the counter, with the tower mounted to the granite counter above. The questions:
* Is there a recommendation for a kegerator that would allow me to put 3 sixtels (or homebrew kegs) on tap at once? I'd really like to have a 3 beer option. However, I need to have an under counter mount, and I'd like to avoid having to add a second keg box or go to a commercial box to accomodate the 3 small kegs unless absolutely necessary.
* Related Q: could I get 3 sixtels into a regular kegerator box if I keep the CO2 tank outside the box? If I do this, what is the best way to run the hose into the box while maintaining insulation?
* If I mount the tower on the counter over the kegerator, how do I keep the lines cool? Bear in mind this will be a very short line run of a foot or two - is this a problem? And how do I seal the keg box to make sure that it remains insulated?
Sorry for these really basic newbie questions, but any help you could provide as I embark on my long-time dream bar project would be truly appreciated!

If you really want to do it right then I would use a commercial kegerator anyway. No sense putting this all in only to have problems 2 years down the road. That being said I believe the basic Bev Air BM23 could fit three 1/6 BBL's, you would just need to replace or modify the tower and the gas manifold to accommodate them. You could probably keep the co2 tank in the fridge too. As far as cooling the lines up to the tower you would use a blower which would force cold air from the fridge. To insulate you would just use what you can find at home depot to make it work. A small ring of PVC with some silicon and insulation should do the trick. Good luck.

I know I have a problem..., I just love showing off my baby. I'm so proud of it!! I can fit four (4) sixtels in my kegerator. However you can't get Guinness in a sixtel!

How many kegs can you fit in there?
I can get Fat tire, but the distributor says they can't get any other New Belgium products? What gives?

I apologize for being off topic...
I live in the Vegas area, where do you live? I'm told that the sixtels are carried by distributors here, primarily for restaurants like Applebees, TGI-Fridays, etc., where cooler space is limited, and they want to have multiple taps. My sixtel availability is very limited, but there are some good ones. As far as New Belgium products go, Fat Tire is the only product officially in the market, but the full line is available in Northern Nevada, through the another branch of the same distributor. They have a shipment that comes down every week or so. I just have to special order and wait.

Me too. A recent trip to Idaho afforded me the opportunity to try some. I almost want to go back to Idaho just for the beer and steak I had with it.

Upon further review
I called and talked to the import distributor in Dallas TX (@ 2hrs from Wichita Falls, TX) he said who-ever I talked to was wrong and they routinley order
1554, Abbey, Springboar (seasonal), Sunshine Wheat and Blue paddle from New Belgium. He said to give my liquor store contact his name and number and to call him if they gave me any flak (really nice guy). I called back the liqour store and they said that they must have been mis-informed. They recieve shipments from Dallas every Wed and Friday. Looks like I'll have my keg of 1554 here by tomorrow @ 1600.
Now THATS custome service.

NO,NO, NO!!!
I can fit four (4) sixtels (1/6 kegs) in this unit[the one on the far right below]. A sixtel is approximately 5 gallons. My original intent was to start brewing my own beer again, and use four Cornelius kegs in this unit[third from the right].

I also measured it, and I could fit one 1/4 barrel and two Cornelius Home Brew kegs, if I only wanted to only utilize 3 taps.
