Great Customer Service
I ordered and installed a great kit from MM. I ordered the Keg Lock because of kids. I used it twice. It jammed up and wouldn't unlock and then the key broke off in it. Just terrible. I had to use a screw driver but managed to get it off. I called and left a message at MM over 1.5 weeks ago and sent and email to support and have not heard anything from them. I guess they are a buyer beware type operation. Too bad seems like a cool community. Anyone know of a dependable keg lock solution/ company to get it from?

I've not had a bit of trouble from my tap lock. I don't recall if I got it from Micro Matic or not though. At any rate, it wouldn't matter, they are all basically the same.
As far as Micro Matic customer service, I've not had any trouble with anything purchased from Micro Matic so I can't really comment. Mayhaps you should try calling again during regular business hours and see what can be done.

I'm sure it was a mistake. I would try them again and see if you can talk with someone, I am sure they will take care of it.

Excellent Customer Service!
These guys were great. My JUNK mail filter had got a hold of their email they had sent promptly. I spoke with them on the phone, and they got me all fixed up. Not only that, but they were cool. The kind of guys you would share a pint with. This place rocks.

have not had a bit of trouble with my taplock from MM. made by perlick, only gripe is it should come with 2 keys for the price.
