Default Anyone know correct PSI for Red Hook IPA

Have a keg of Red Hook IPA. 38 degree liquid temp, 5 ft. of 3/16 beer hose. Anyone know correct PSI for C02?

Call them, I called magic hat for the specs on the beer I have now, they were more then helpfull in figuring that out for me.

I am sure your brewer will do the same

I hate you people that can get all these good beers in kegs .... Here in texas I cant seem to get any of the stuff I am used to.

I work in NYC and hartford, CT and live in austin, TX so during the week I get all of the magic hat, circus boy, yuengling, and the other great beers you have up there. When I come home I cant seem to get anything decent.

If you reside close to sea level (1 -1000'), apply 14 PSIG. With the five feet of 3/16", your flow rate will be approximately 120 oz./min. Quite acceptable unless you desire a quicker pour. If so, trim the five feet back four to six inches.

If it wasnt for the wonderful liquid ban on the airlines I just might try this. I can barely get my toothpaste on the plane much less 7 gallons of the northeast's finest brew.
