Default Beer Line balancing trouble

I am setting up a new keg system in my house and was wonder if someone could help me with the right length of beer lines. I have a three tap system that is air cooled about 4 feet away from a chest freezer. I need between 8' & 10' feet total in beer lines. from the bottom of the keg to the tap is roughly 5'. My freezer is going to be set at a temp of 38. What do you recommend for Pressure and beer lines? I have 3/16 & 3/8 lines available but can get different sizes. Also one is going to be a Guinness set up with a nitro reg and blended gas what should that be set at and what length of lines for that?

If you are using a tower with bent tailpieces, here we go
Generic Domestic 12.6 psi 5'11.5" 3/8" 4'.5" 3/16"
Generic Import " 6'3.5" 3'8.5"
Generic Micro " 7'.5" 4'11.5"
Light " 6'2" 3'10"
Guinness 35 psi 11'7"

Assuming 10 ft run, 5 foot lift, air shaft, 38 degrees at back of faucet. I used 600 for altitude. Increase psi 1 # for every 1000 feet. Let me know specifics, brands, flow rate desired, altitude, bent tube or shank, shank length and size (1/4 or 3/16) and we can get you even closer.

I am at sea level, I am using a 3 tap tower that has one bent tail piece and the other 2 are straight tail pieces all 3/16th. I am most likly going to be using one light beer ( coors Light, Bud Light) one import and Guiness. I dont care to much about the flow rate what ever is standard. Thank you for the help.
just one quick question you said set the psi at 12.6 but doing some searching befor I made this post I have seen 14 psi how come the difference?

14 is a ball park, standard pour, kegerator or 5' run number. It does serve as a great starting point.
I set flow rates for residential units to a slow pour 100 oz/Minute, that eliminates waste and time isn't as much a factor as with a commercial set up. Standard rate is 120oz/minute.
Coors light 12.3psi 5'6" 3/8" 4'6" 3/16"
Generic Import 12.3 psi 5'8" 3/8" 4'4'' 3/16"
Guinness (bent tailpiece) 35psi mixed gas 11'7" 3/16"
less 3/16" will speed the pour up, as will more co2 pressure, more 3/16'' will slow the pour down
I am getting thirsty.
