Sanyo/Summit Kegerator

I am purchasing one of these in the near future but before I go ahead, I thought I should ask other members what they think about this unit. Things like add-ons to prevent foaming perhaps? Or should I shy away from this unit all together?

Any advice/suggestions will be much appreciated.
