Default leaking co2

i rencently put a keg and co2 tank in my fridge. the problem i have is the 5 lb tank keeps emptying even though everything i sealed tight, it has to be leaking from somewhere but ive checked all the hoses and tightend all the hex nuts, but it still all leaked out. Anyone know how else the gas could be leaking out. And also should i leave the handle on the coupler down or up when i wont be drinking the beer. Thanks

There is a hole on the front of the regulator next to the set screw for setting your pressure applied to the barrel. If the diaphragm in the regulator is bad this is where it will be leaking, use soap bubbles to check. When the beer is on tap leave the handle down
