Default Beverage Air question

We got a Kegerator a little while back and of course have misplaced the manual. Since Beverage Air hasn't entered the modern age, they don't have manuals online, so I have some questions:

- Inside the unit, there is a shelf for the CO2. I don't want to use that, however, because I would like to keep the CO2 outside. Is there a way to route outside the unit? (this is the single keg unit)

- Inside there is also a grey tube with a hook on the end of it. It seems to blow cold air out of it -- where is that supposed to hook? I don't see an obvious place for it and I find it hard to believe it's the only source of cold air.

I will try calling them tomorrow to get a new manual.

Thanks!

You can drill a hole in the unit and run the hose outside that way. BEFORE DRILLING be sure that the wall you are drilling though is free of anything that might not want to be drilled (i.e coils, refridgerant lines, etc.) Bev-Air tech support number is 800-684-1199. Call and confirm the best place to go through, they should be able to tell. Like Larry said the tube is to cool the tower, if you feed that up into the tower you can hand the hook and the insulation that is inside the tower. Take the top off and look down to get it hooked right.
