Keg Tower Problem

Clueless new kegerator owners here...This may be a similar problem to another post...We am have a DANBY DKC644BLS with a tower that is mounted to an outdoor kitchen countertop. Need to run the line into the kegerator and keep the line insulated and the kegerator sealed in order to avoid increase in temp. The distance between the tower and the unit is only a few inches so insulating the line won't be a problem. We just cannot figure out how to run the line through to the keg while keeping the unit sealed. Appreciate any help...thanks

Never insulate the line. Insulation will do the job warm or cold. Bridge the gap between the under bar and the top of the kegerator while forcing air into the tower with a blower and flex tube. Your local hardware or big box store will have a rubberized plumbing joint that could seal the gap. Or a piece of PVC with insulation outside. Your goal is to extend the kegerator space while assuring a sealed system while maintaining temperature throughout this space.

If you are doing what I think you are, you will need some kind of forced air as well. http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-...d-cid-130.html That tower wasn't going to stay cooled mounted where Danby put it in the first place let alone where you are mounting it.
