That looks like a 1/6 unless that's a 10 lb CO2 bottle, could be wrong though... all of the Miller 1/4 barrels I've ever seen are the half hight / full diameter type.

Nope this is a slim quarter and a 5 lb Co2.. Got it at Total Wine, Winston-Salem, NC.

Yeah it's a 1/4.
I think most 1/6 kegs have smooth sides and slim 1/4's have ridges?
