  • Serving commercial beer at lower psi

So I have best luck with my psi set to below 10. Beer pours a little slowly but I get no huge foam, nice carbonation and no problems. If I increase to 10 i start getting foam and beer actually loses carbonation more quickly. I have a dual tap regulator that I got here, 5 foot beer lines and mid to high 30s in temperature. If I'm having no problems at the lower PSi am I ruining the beer in any way by leaving it there? These are all commercially brewed kegs (currently Sierra Nevada Celebration and Harpoon Winter Warmer)
