Default On my second 1/6th

New to kegorators... I have a Home Depot special. The first 1/6th bbl I put in was bud for a test run....I have 33 degrees, and 11 psi. The bud was 70% foam. I had an o ring prob with the coupler, I hope was the problem. I am about to tap some Sam Adams Boston. If I have this same problem with my new coupler, ......You will be hearing from me. I dont mind throwing Bud down the drain in suds...but not the Sam Adams...Aaron

More than likely your keg of Bud was overpressurized when you got it. Also sometimes when kegs are delivered or halled home they can get a little warm too, both result in foaming. I have seen less beer wasted by when first tapping the keg release the pressure out of the keg (with you air shut off). Still get a little bit of foam, but not as much.

I hope it was your probe seal, and you got that fixed and you are not throwing anymore money down the drain. That seal is key in saving money!! You can loose a lot of air on bad seals. ADAM
