I've been running the numbers based on what people have said the national average is ($6/line, minimum $25 per stop), and as such, it seems to be a low wage type of job by the time you subtract expenses & time (drive time, cleaning time, gas, taxes, insurance, etc).
Which might be the reason there's always a demand for line cleaners.
So, it might be worth considering a couple of things here.
First, set a minimum of $50/stop including the first 4 lines with $10/line extra. At every two weeks, that works out to be $25/week for the owner if they clean every two weeks, which isn't much if they have a fairly good business. If they think it's too much, then they're probably facing trouble sooner or later, in which case those aren't the ones you want to spend a lot of time building relationships with.
Or focus only on installations.
