Default State laws in SC,NC, & TN

Hey all you line cleaners and draft techs:
I need to find out exactly what the laws are when it comes to whose responsibility it is to clean beer lines. I am interested mainly in SC, NC, and TN, but need any info I can. Does anyone know where these laws are stated and who might enforce them. Is it illegal for distributors in some states to clean lines? Any help related to this topic would be super!

Easiest and surest way would be to contact each states government and find out what agency is responsible for what you're seeking. Every state's government has a home page. South Carolina is SC.GOV - Welcome to SC.GOV. Just google "STATE" + "government" to figure out. You should be able to find a 'contact' link somewhere on the sites.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
