Default Beer monitoring sysmetm

I know theres a big issue in the bar industry with monitoring inventory levels and more importanly keeping employees honest by making sure they arent giving away free drinks. I just caught the end of a story on the CNN where they were interviewing a bar owner in downtown Atlanta and apparently at his sports bar, customers can pour their own beers from pre installed taps at the table. He went on to say if customers call ahead they can request up to 3 beers and those would be installed by the time of their arrival. Also, he went on to say they have installed some sort of monitoring system which actually has an automatic shutdown override to a table if any table dispenses over a predetermined amount of beer. A memeber of management would come over and judge the situation and determine if more drinks can be dispensed. I was unaware there was any sort of beer draught monitoring system that was that adavnaced. I dont plan on opening a bar but if anyone does I just thought Id pass this info along and maybe you could use this at your establishment.
