Default Federal Regulations for Brewing and Bottling Beer

Is anyone aware of any federal regulations or guidelines in regards to the brewing of bottled beer. im especially looking for anything that regulates cleaning of lines, handling of returnable bottles, inspection of beer after production, or filling of beer?

I would love to hear from any of you about any leads you could provide me in finding any such regulations.

In terms of home brewing you can pretty much brew 100 gallons for personal use and if there is another adult in the household, you can make it 200. Mileage will vary from state to state.

But it looks as though you are looking into things from more of a commercial standpoint. I would contact the state in which you are interested in conducting business.

yeah, if you're talking about bottling and selling, you'll have to contact whomever your state uses to regulate. For instance, I live in Missouri, and Google'd 'missouri state alcohol' (not in quotes) and the first hit was the Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
