Isnt my keg balanced assuming the temp drops to 38? All the equipment should be as it was all bought new and I have pressure set to (12-14). Is there something I missed about balancing?
Also, I put a small glass of water in the fridge with a thermometer. Sure enough, after some time it was reading 38. I poured a beer but the beer temp is still high. I guess waiting is all thats in order?
