I have been cleaning lines for 2 years since I left the bar business. If you are serious, get to the Micro Matic Dispense INstitute. Somethings to consider, bars prefer you there before lunch, or before they open. That might be tough with a day job. I also get many calls of an emergency nature that if I can't respond to soon enough, they will go elsewhere. I know I enjoy doing it
