Default Considering cleaning lines for a side gig

I'm a bartender, and have learned a lot about the ins and outs of the bar. SPecifically line cleaning, the kegs, PSI, etc...However, I see our bar use a guy who comes in once a week to clean the lines with an old school manual pump and a chemical agent. When leaving it;s a white mess all over the place.

I wouldn't want my bar(if I own one day) to have this.

How can I get involved cleaning lines, trouble shooting, etc.. for extra $? I have a day time job and bartend just a few nights a week.

Any suggestions?
