I think your price goal is a little unrealistic for a double tap system using two different gas setups. As previously mentioned, check out beverage fact0ry.com for not only the kegerator units but also the gas/tap setups needed for Guinness vs. 99% of the other beers of the world. Also consider the size the kegs the beers you are interested in are available in and the interior size of the unit you're considering. While I can fit several tall, skinny sixtels in my 'single sized' keg box, there's no way I could fit anything else in there if I already have a 1/2 barrel or another x barrel that is the same diameter as the 1/2 barrel. You'll either need to step up to a 'double sized' unit or you'll have to get the two different gas delivery systems and switch between the two.
