force carbing? isn't that for homebrew conditioning? you might want to invest in a drip tray. i made my own and couldn't not have one that's for sure, drips happen. an air distributor has shut off valves you will need. if you get a 2-way block you can buy a seperate shut off valve and put it on the end of the block replacing the plug that comes with it. this way you can also hook up your tower line. if you want a gauge dedicated to the tower you will have to put two regulators on the tank. depending on how far your tower line goes you may have to do this. the longer the line the more pressure drop. backflow valves are nice but if your good you won't need em. i have had beer backfeed and had to clean the lines but i know what i did wrong and probably won't do it again. make sure to get a lot of hose clamps, seems like that was the one thing i never had enough of and micro-matic has them cheeper then the local hardware store.
