i have set up portable kegs a few times....it depends on when you do it..If it is gonna be cold out then you have an advanatge. I did one once in the summer and got a heavy duty rubbermaid can and put the keg in there and kept ice on it at all times,and it worked very well. Once you get that figured out, you basically need everything you would if you had it in a fridge, ie, the gas tank, coupler, beer & air lines, the stout faucet, shank, and tap handle. It takes a bit of setting up, but nothing beats pouring your own guinness wherever you want!
