This is a common practice as long as the beer lines from the individual keg is "Y'd" in the walk-in cooler. Never "T' a line downstream from the cooler. Do not exceed more than three runs from one keg under average volume and only two if high volume. Flow problems may exist if just CO2 is used. Gas blends at the correct ratio (60% CO2/40% Nitrogen - ales & lagers; 25% CO2/75% Nitrogen for stouts) using higher (22-25)pressure at keg is more successful.
