Will you have access to AC power? If you do, then you might be able to use a kegerator setup for Guinness. That would be the best way but be prepared to shell out a bunch of money for the kegerator and the special parts you'll need to pour Guinness.

I suspect that you might not have access to AC power. In that case, you need to look into buying or building a jockey box. I have one that works great for standard beers but I'm not sure if you can do one with Guinness.

Keep in mind, no matter what you do, you're going to have to keep the keg cold the entire time. If it was just for a day or two and you planned on using the whole keg, you could just keep it "cool". For extended periods - like a couple weeks - it's gonna have to stay cold (well under 50 degrees) or it will go bad.

Maybe some Guinness experts can chime in.
