Unfortunately your post got to me before you edited it. The reason I assumed you have a commercial bar is the fact that you posted in this forum. This is for Bar, Pub & Restaurant Beer Dispensing, COMMERCIAL, so this would leave me to believe that you are operating a restaurant or bar. For home use there is a Home Beer Dispensing forum. Your lager should be stored @ 38 degrees, dispensed through 5-6" of 3/16" beer line and not with mixed gas. Straight CO2 is a must. Yes, you will have flat beer dispensing mixed gas at 5 lbs., very quickly! Had you posted in the correct forum, I would understand your lack of knowledge of your system and would have approached this topic differently.
