I used a couple of small wire nuts to connect to the blower. It's still working great. I have never unplugged it yet, even when changing the keg. I have most of the blower output opening open. The extra air just blows across the cooling plate, helps keep frost down and moves the air around the unit. Still moves plenty of air up the pipe even with most of the opening open.
