To be honest it's establishments like yours that give draught beer a bad name. Improperly installed systems are what we installers have to deal with on a regular basis. There is more going on with your system than just the mixed gas issue, and it should be looked at. Do your employers take extra measures to make sure the wine they are serving is at the right temperature, etc? Tell them to do us all a favor, get the system fixed to dispense correctly or eliminate the draught beer. We care about our draught beer, and one bar or restaurant serving it improperly, is one to many!
