Default New Install

I am trying to help a client install 2 kegs on in her new bar that I am building. Her situation is there is a 2x6 wall that will be 6 1/4 inches thick and she wants to put the kegs behind the wall with the taps coming through the wall at about 44 inches of the floor. What is the most economical solution to do this and what would she need in terms of equipment...The Kegs are going to be pony size and one domestic and one import....should she convert a normal fridge...or a freezer...since they will be only about 12 to 24 inches from the keg does she need special lines....
