You should talk to your beer distributor, the most keg beer is on pasturized an so the yeast will keep growing if not keep cold, then it affects the flavor and sight of the product. Brewery recommendations for cleaning will very from 1-3 weeks. The only law that I have heard in Minn. is it has to be kept clean and sanitary, so routine cleaning keeps beer tasting great and this help sell more beer.
