Default Regulators inside the Fridge??

I just bought a MicroMatic Premium 4 product secondary regulator for my beer fridge. (It looks great!) I just converted a chest freezer to a beer fridge, by making a wooden collar for the faucets, and plugging it into a temperature regulator with probe. The internal temp has been varying from approx 34F to 40F. That's about as narrow as I can get it.

My question is, will the primary regulator on my CO2 tank, and this new 4 product regulator have any problems operating at this temperature? How much is too cold for the regulator?

I have to keep this beer fridge in the garage, and it gets REALLY hot out there about 3 months of the year, so I'd like to keep everything self-contained inside the unit. I suppose i COULD mount the 4 product secondary regulator on the outside, but I want to have as few holes as possible to keep the thing cold.

ANY problems with keeping the tank and/or regulators in the cold?
Thanks!
