MM is a vendor of the turbo tap, so maybe I'm walking a slippery slope here, but you should only use them at a high volume account. They are designed to allow staff to pour a consistent pint quickly in a short time. In order to pour quicker, you need to crank up the pressure. As most of us are aware, you crank up the pressure you over carbonate the keg. I'm sure they are great if you’re pouring several kegs an hour, but for all non-stadium/arena accounts, I wouldn't recommend them. If you know how to pour a beer properly, you can get a great looking/tasting pint in an extra 3 second without one.
Just my opinion.
