I am converting a full size fridge. I plan on running 1 line to a draft tower mounted into a seperate bar. I am also planning on having 2 taps coming out of the front of the fridge for a total of 3 taps for the system. I would also like the option of force carbing my beer, without having to disconnect a current tap.
Here is what I think I need so far:
1 draft tower
2 Faucets
2 Shanks for Faucets
appropriate beer and air line, disconnects.
10 lb c02 tank

The question is how many and what kinds of gauges will I need?
Also do I need backflow stoppers?
Can I use air distributors or a T for the 2 Faucets?

I assume the remote Draft tower will need it's own gauge.
The 2 faucets can share a manifold or T.
What about force carbing?
