CO2 Dispensing System Procedre
I need to know the proper procedure for using my Micromatic CO2 Party Dispensing System. I couldn't really find any directions, so here's what I'm guessing:
1) Assemble tap, rod assembly, and faucet
2) Clamp hose onto regulator and tap
3) Connect regulator to CO2 cylinder (both OFF)
4) Turn on CO2 cylinder completely
5) Adjust regulator to 12-14psi
6) Set regulator to ON
7) Connect tap to keg
8) Pour beer and adjust regulator accordingly
Am I missing anything from this procedure?
