PRESSURE
ALL OF THE INFORMATION I HAVE READ SAYS THAT TAP CO2 PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE BETWEEN 12-14 PSI BUT EVEN AT 8 ON MY REGULATOR MY BEER DISPENSES VERY FOAMY. I RAN AN EXPERIMENT AN DETERMINED THAT THE BEER DISPENSES THE WAY I WOULD LIKE IT TO AT 5-6 PSI. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS WHAT THE MINIMUM PSI SHOULD BE TO KEEP THE BEER FRESH AND TO PREVENT SPOILAGE?
