Default Couple of questions - Bubbles in line / temp

HI All,

Wealth of knowledge in here! I have been homebrewing for a few years and have just converted a fridge and started kegging. My first keg went reasonably well, until the fridge froze it. Before the big freeze I was getting perfect pours etc..

Having gone with a new fridge on the weekend, I've chilled the same keg and re-gassed it (lost it's gas when it froze). I'm now getting horrific head issues, ie.. 90% of the first and second pours are foam.

Running at 10psi, then dropped the pressure to 6psi and there's less foam, but it's still there. Now, the questions:

1) Is my beer buggered?

2) If so, why would this cause foam issues?

3) I noticed very small bubbles along the beer line - in fact there seems to be sections air in the line right through - this shouldn't be the case, should it?

4) How do I purge the beer line?

Also, what temp should I aim to get my beer down to. I think it's at about 3.5deg C (38deg F) - is this ok?

Any / all help appreciated.

Cheers - Mi9ke
