Nothing. These things always work themselves free. Just gain access to the inside of the tower and you will see a nut that holds the shaft to the tower. Grab your faucet by with your hand, set it so that the top of the faucet is at 10 o'clock and tighten that nut. You can then hold onto the nut and turn the faucet back up to the 12 o'clock position and it should be tight again. Alternatively you can try to get a wrench in there and just tighten it up.
