Default Repairing T-Style Tower

Does anyone know the best way to repair a t-style tower? The problem I am having is that the weld that holds the face plate up to the sides is no longer holding it up. When you take the cap off to access the inside of the tower, the weight of the taps pulls the front forward as a result. It seems that a weld would work but is there some sort of epoxy that would do the trick? If it does need to be welded, does it need to be a stainless weld? (It's a stainless tower). Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Ed
