Can someone come up with a reasonably quick way to switch from a D style keg coupler to home brew? I don't want to be pulling hoses on and off of hose barbs all the time because eventually they'll leak. Right now my lines come off my tap and CO2 and terminate like the hose in this picture (http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-...d-547C60A.html) But I would need them to terminate in a ball lock fitting for home brew. Right now the only way I can think of fix this is if I had some kind of little pig tail of line that had a male threaded metal piece on one end and the home brew coupler on the other end. Then I could unscrew the lines from the D-coupler and screw them to these pigtails and boom, now I've got my lines terminated in ball lock style. Problem is, I don't see this male threaded part would allow me to create these pigtails. Thoughts?
I can't be sure, not having a home-brew set up. But have you thought about using Micromatic's quick disconnects?
