You should not use straight N2 for Guiness, as with any beer Guiness has a natural C02 content that must be maintained. Using straight N2 would eventually let the barrel go flat before finishing it. Premixed bottles are always inaccurate. The only way to be sure your getting a sure 75%N/25%CO2 mix is with a blender. Not always feasable for home use. Use premixed gas if economically necessary, not straight N2. 28 lbs. is low, unless your product line is to short.
