ouThe 5' of 3/16 should be sufficent the shank is where your beer line goes behind the faucetIf your 2 beers are ales,lagers or pilsners 10-14 should work most domestcs run well at 10-12 imports some times pour better with another pound or 2 guiness or boddingtons are nitro beers and require diffrent equipment.What is the 7'of 3/8 for? it must look like a snake nest in that fridge.You can pour 2 beers off the same regulator with out problem .Hope this helps
