I put my temperature sensor in the top of the cabinet near the front as I saw that as the warmest part of the cabinet. The switch you picked out will allow you to do a trial and error placement as long as you don't kink or break the copper tubing. If you damamge that tubing or the bulb, the thing is fubar.
