Thanks for the help. The thermostat I am going to use is
http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-...s-pid-E26.html which doesn't not allow to submerge the Temp Bulb in water so where would be a good place to put it. I plan on completely taking out the existing thermostat and making the motor run without the thermo hooked up. Then take the plug and kook that up to the new thermostat. And my fan I took a extension cord and cut the end off and wired it up to the fan and ran it down the drain hole which worked out nicely.
