did u make the doubles a pass thru ? did u teflon tape the added nipple if you did? Spray SOAPY water on the regulator bonets vent holes and the side and bottom nipples I come across small leaks in these locations the blow hole venting air is a sign of a bad diaghpram/regulator if that is the case find your reciept good luck
