Speak for yourself Mattmc, I can drink a 6 pack of Victory golden monkey or troegs troegnator and wish I had another 6 pack. 8 percent beers just mean you are getting your moneys worth. If you want something like miller light, go to the kitchen and turn on the faucet.

You are right though, he definately shouldn't buy a 1/2 of an IPA/DIPA if he doesn't like any citrus flavor before trying it, but an IPA would be a much better choice then lets say franziskaner.
